Account and Data Deletion

PranArog lets users delete their account and app data from inside the Android app. This page does not collect deletion requests or account information.

Delete From The App

• Open PranArog and sign in to the account you wish to delete.
• Go to Settings.
• In the Legal & Privacy section, tap Delete Account.
• Confirm the prompt to permanently delete the account and associated app data.

Need Help?

If you cannot access the app, email pranarog@gmail.com from the Google account used with PranArog. Do not include medication details in your email.

Data Deleted

Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and PranArog Cloud Firestore data associated with that account, including:

• User profile and settings.
• Medication groups and dose schedules.
• Dose history logs.
• AI insight records and user-submitted insight reports.
• Device records used for reminder sync.

Data Retention

PranArog does not sell personal or health-adjacent tracking data. Once deletion is completed, app data associated with the account is removed from active Firebase records. Some provider backups or logs may persist briefly according to Firebase and Google infrastructure retention practices.
